NHTSA recall number 25V-607. I've been trying to have this recall service performed but have been notified since NOVEMBER 2025 the parts are on backorder. Was scheduled to have the recall service performed today and upon arrival was informed that the parts were not available after being told that the parts were in?????? 6 months is a reasonable amount of time to has this performed, why is Hyundai slow walking this safety issue?

The contact owns a 2025 Hyundai Palisade. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V607000(Seat Belts) and 26V034000(Air Bags); however, the parts to do the recalls repairs were not yet available.  The dealer was contacted in February 2026 and informed the contact that the parts were ordered for the seat belt recall repair. The contact stated that the parts for both recalls repairs remained unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recalls repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and offered vehicle rental assistance. The contact had not experienced a failure.

I was driving my vehicle on 5/24/26 and my daughter’s seatbelt came unlatched while driving. The sensor went off and she was quickly able to belt it back. However, I do not feel safe transporting my children in this vehicle and do not have extra seats due to the third row recall as well.

I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade vin [XXX] on August 13,2025. My car was parked in my driveway on May 15 2025. During the day I walked past it and saw no crack in the windshield. At 4:33 I got in the car to run an errand and discovered a crack in the windshield. The crack started in the middle of the windshield at the top, ran down the windshield and stopped in the middle of the windshield. There was no indication of that anything struck the windshield as the vehicle was parked in the same spot all day. I understand that these cracks are common on this vehicle. This email is to document my complaint, as proof of the defect and the basis of my warranty claim to Hyundai. The sunroof spontaneously shattered as I was driving down the road.
