Filling (25%): breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), assorted cheeses (24.6% of the filling) [melted cheese powder (20.5% of the filling) (milk, milk whey, salt, enzymes), Pecorino Romano PDO (2% of the filling) (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), Grana Padano PDO (2% of the filling) (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from eggs)], margarine (coconut fat, vegetable oils (sunflower, soybean, rapeseed), water), ricotta (8.2% of the filling) (milk, milk whey, salt), salt, flavourings, spices. May contain traces of soy and mustard. Semolina origin: EU & non-EU. Store at room temperature away from sources of heat and direct sunlight. Cooking: pour the Ravioletti into slightly salted water (1.5 liters x 100g of product) just before it starts boiling. Cook for about 16 minutes.
