The brake rotors on my 2023 Chrysler 300C failed prematurely at 25,000 miles. The vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed Brembo four-piston high-performance brake system. The failure presented as brake pedal pulsation and vibration during normal stopping, consistent with warped rotors, which reduces braking effectiveness and control and poses a risk in any situation requiring emergency braking. No warning lamps or messages appeared prior to the failure. The issue was confirmed by my authorized Chrysler dealership, however warranty coverage was denied and the failure was classified as wear and tear. This complaint is consistent with NHTSA Complaint ID Number 11661039, filed May 14, 2025, which documents an identical failure on a Chrysler 300 equipped with the same factory Brembo brake system, with rotor warping reported at just 5,260 miles under normal driving conditions.
