I am writing to report a critical safety failure regarding my vehicleâs display systems. While driving, the left side of the infotainment system (the digital instrument cluster) went completely dark. I lost all visibility of my speedometer, odometer, and critical vehicle warnings. I immediately pulled over and attempted to power-cycle the vehicle, but the display remained unresponsive. Shortly after, the right side of the infotainment system also failed, resulting in a total loss of control over the HVAC (AC), radio, and integrated garage door opener. This is a recurring issue documented by other owners of this model, and given the loss of the speedometer while in motion, I consider the vehicle unsafe to drive until repaired.

Infotainment system freezes and goes black. Braking system makes popping and clicking noises and have to press hard to stop the vehicle. Vehicle has been in the shop now 5 times and over 30+ days. The braking system failure has put my safety and others at risk to due to not being able to brake correctly.
