i WAS INFORMED DURING A DEALER OIL CHANGE THAT THE TOE LINKS ON THE REAR WHEELS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.  WHY IS THIS NOT COVERED UNDER THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY?
